Overview
We're looking for an innovative digital sales director who can expand our advertising revenues. SeatGeek currently makes 25% of our revenue on advertising and we've done this without any sales help. As sales hire #1, you will be able to quickly double SeatGeek's advertising revenue and then blow all sales expectations out the window. We don't believe in capped commissions; our goal is for you to be the highest paid digital sales director in the industry.
Responsibilities
A unique opportunity to "own" sales for a well-trafficked, thriving startup and eventually build a sales team
Experience
At least three years experience in digital sales or with an advertising agency and a deep rolodex of contacts. We're only interviewing people we firmly believe can start generating revenue in 60-90 days
Skills
Persistence, passion, and creativity. We want someone who is excited by the prospect of pitching an innovative advertising medium
Tremendous oral and written communication skills
Compensation
