Overview

I'm looking to design miniature voice recorder

" PCB size target about 15mmX20X 3.5 mm, (this size includes parts of course)
" microphone on PCB and also line level microphone input (3. 5mm) that if you plug in, the internal one will not work. (So basically it will record with either the internal Mic or when plugged in the external line level Mic.)
" Recording quality 44. 1kHz, 128kbps more or less (Don't worry much about the numbers, just need very good sound quality)
" We need to record on micro SD card that can support minimum 16GB cards.
" Small lithium ion rechargeable battery,
" mp3 files recordings (Or something else compressed)
" On/off button (The second you turn the unit ON. It will start recording a file. Every time you turn OFF it will close the file and save it. When open a new file when turning back ON)
" Led to indicate charge status and record mode.
" Micro USB to charge the internal battery and also download all file s to a PC or Mac.
" VERY LOW power consumption as possible.
