Director, Conversion Marketing

This position will be helping to build the revenue engine of our company. We are looking for someone to own our lead efforts and support our sales leaders as they experiment with what creates the most efficient sales. To succeed here, you will need to love to seek out new ideas, to try them in market, to analyze, and to optimize. This place requires a sharp mind and a serious love of numbers. Things happen fast and furious at Axial, so you have to be a relentless team player – a self-starter with a proven ability to deliver results.

Success Metrics: Leads across all member types, monthly and quarterly growth goals
Design and drive a comprehensive lead strategy, including generation, scoring, nurturing, and conversion optimization
Optimize lead acquisition strategy and tools including website conversion, search engine marketing, email, webinars, events and social media
Drive overall lead planning efforts including production of lead generation goals and forecasts, setting/managing budget priorities, and measuring overall results
Assess current lead funnel definition and create data-driven, actionable plans to advance sophistication through better understanding of buying cycle stages and nurturing campaign goals
Create strategy to advance use of Eloqua and fully implement automation and nurturing campaigns
Track and analyze marketing performance against lead forecasts and pipeline creation to optimize for growth
Provide day-to-day management and accountability for all email marketing and other promotional programs
Build relationships across the organization to identify initiatives and share results
4+ years of marketing experience, with heavy focus in demand/lead generation
BA/BS degree with evidence of academic excellence
Interest in or experience in Finance
Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration programs
Working knowledge of SEM, SEO and PPC
Hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms, Eloqua preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively
High attention to detail and focus on quality output, including reinforcing the brand
