HYSO LLC (Hygienic Solutions) is focused on developing practical solutions to common public health issues. Our flagship product eliminates a critical point of cross-contamination with a patented and EPA-registered automated door handle disinfecting system. With initial sales spread across four continents, HYSO has just begun to address this global need. HYSO also has additional technologies and products currently under development for both commercial and consumer use. We are poised to rapidly move forward with the next phase of the company’s expansion and are looking for a highly talented individual to join the team.

We are looking for someone with tremendous initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit who also has excellent attention to detail. You should be interested in working for a startup and in taking commercial and consumer products through their life cycle – from development to manufacturing to the launch and finally to international sales/marketing.
Serve as the company’s primary contact with its major partners, including a Fortune 200 company; this will require dealing with C-level executives
Execute the company’s global strategy; contribute to strategic development where necessary
Identify areas for expansion; develop and implement plans and courses of action that will grow the business
Interface with company’s customers and sales representatives in North America
Support the senior management of the company with whatever work is needed; we are a startup and require a team-oriented, all-hands-on-deck attitude to achieve company goals
At least 3 years of relevant experience; industry and/or startup experience preferred, but not required
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving, analytical and research skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
An outgoing and friendly personality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Any foreign language skills (especially Mandarin or Spanish) a big plus
• Major in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field; a strong academic record
