Bread (http://bre.ad) is looking for an experienced digital ad sales executive to play a critical role in developing and closing successful digital advertising and social media marketing programs for consumer brands. This individual contributor will be responsible for closing new business with brand advertisers and media buying agencies, with a focus on the entertainment industry and other consumer and lifestyle categories (e.g. travel, luxury, auto, insurance, retail, cpg...)
This position reports directly to the CEO.
4-8+ years of digital advertising sales experience.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Extensive contacts and existing relationships with leading agencies and consumer brand clients.
Ability to develop custom programs in response to RFP's, including strong proposal writing.
Ability to develop marketing materials to support digital sales efforts, including general presentations, program sell-sheets, proposals, media kits, wrap-up reports, and other collateral.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
New platform experience with video advertising sales and content sponsorships. Mobile and social advertising sales a plus.
Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
Work with designers & developers and project manage the building and execution of custom programs.
Strong track record of building and managing sales teams and overseeing ad operations
