Develop breakthrough messaging to communicate the Private Talent Cloud value proposition
Direct global lead generation initiatives
Establish our customer contact strategy and drive its implementation
Collaborate with the product team to ensure a flawless customer experience
Lead customer research efforts to inform the product roadmap
Work closely with sales leadership to develop and execute sales education programs
A deep passion for Elance. We are a unique company - we don’t just sell something, we empower people around the world
8+ years of experience as a Product Marketing professional at least 3 of which with a high tech company
3+ years at the Senior Director level, or equivalent
High energy, a charismatic style, innovative thinking, and creative problem solving
Deep experience in all facets of comprehensive lead generation strategies
Demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative products, preferably in the cloud/SaaS space
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for performing at a high level within a fast-paced environment
An entrepreneurial spirit
