Director, Front-End Engineering

We are looking for an Engineering Director to lead Practice Fusion's front-end development. You excel at spearheading front-end technology strategy, leading teams from ideation to production to ship forward-leaning products. You enjoy building world-class development teams that work across web and mobile stacks, bringing industry leadership and setting a high bar for Practice Fusion's front-end engineering culture.

Lead technical strategy for front-end experiences across product lines
Manage development leads and individual contributors in increasing development velocity
Recruit and hire world-class talent to augment the existing team
Build robust, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promote data-driven decision making, product and process scalability, better engineering practices
Foster career building, coaching and mentoring team members in expanding their own potential
Experience managing and leading teams shipping HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript products at scale
Experience in one or more of: C#, C/C++, Java, Objective-C, Python, RoR, PHP, Perl
Full-stack leadership capacity, capable of operating from pixel to packet, Design to TechOps
Strong proponent of engineering best practices, from unit testing to automated deployments
Proven industry recognition for excellence in front-end technology leadership
