Overview
We are looking for a Director, Product to provide hands-on, product leadership for our social commerce video platform which is used by Fortune 500 brands to generate, manage, publish and syndicate video. You will be an integral part of the team conceptualizing, evaluating, prioritizing, defining and delivering product features with very aggressive timelines. You'll work closely with executive management to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for both the short and long term. Previous experience with SAAS platforms, social media or online video is preferred.

Responsibilities
Work with the executive team to define the product roadmap, prioritizing features according to business objectives
Collaborate and develop relationships with EXPO's customer base to understand key product requirements and market drivers
Analyze competitive landscape, create positioning and determine pricing to drive product-level go-to-market strategy
Determine and drive overall product requirements, write user stories, build wireframes, create information architecture and be very hands-on with QA
Work with the engineering team to specify and scope features
Manage the product life cycle from conception through release and beyond
Experience
3-7 years of experience in web product management, UI development and management of complex, dynamic websites and online platforms / applications
Bachelors in a technical field
Proven ability to identify and prioritize areas for product development by analyzing customer requirements and feedback, as well as industry trends
Proven ability to evaluate and articulate tradeoffs and to allocate resources to meet customer and business needs
Strong technical understanding and business acumen
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Extraordinary ability to collaborate with and inspire technical and non-technical departments, as well as customers and other external stakeholders
