TenPearls is seeking an experienced sales and business development professional who has past experience in selling application development services. We are focused in the commercial space (NOT government). Our customers include start-ups, small to medium sized company as well as publicly traded large enterprises.
TenPearls has a very strong list of references and some very reputable customers which makes the life of a sales person much easier. We have strong processes, are agile, and have an extremely competitive cost structure.
Generate leads and prospects
Develop relationships within the region
Follow up on leads
Manage the sales pipeline
Past experience selling software / application development services is a must.
Minimum of 5 years experience is required.
Good understanding of the mobile space and of Internet/web technologies
Well networked and extensive business development experience in the tech/mobile
Strong communication skills and the proven ability to develop business
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
Ability to sell at the CXO level and through consultative selling
Has a hunter mentality
Is disciplined and follows-up with prospects/leads on a regular basis
Commensurate with Experience. This is a position that has both a base and commissions structure. Total compensation is expected to be $150K to $300K
