You are data driven, technical person, preferably with a Ph.D. in statistics or econometrics. You’ve spent the last 3-5 years post Ph.D. in an analytical role in ecommerce or financial services
If you don’t have a Ph.D. (that’s ok too!) then you’ve spent 7-10 years doing analytical work in an ecommerce or financial services setting
You can speak the language of our engineers to get the data that you need to develop, prioritize and execute a roadmap that meets the business's needs including: Segmentation, Predictive modeling of customer behavior, Customer profiling and insights, Metric, scorecard and dashboard development.
You have a knack for taking key website and transactional data of customer behavior and translating it into insights that will empower cross functional teams to optimize acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention efforts.
You get gitty at the idea of developing, managing and prioritizing segmentation and customer profiling reports
You are self-sufficient with Google analytics and SQL and know how to extract the data you need to build your reports
You understand the importance of using resources (outsourced and internal ) to execute an analytics roadmap
You know how to manage complex test and control programs
