Director of Client Accounts & Inside Sales

Overview
The Director of Client Accounts and Inside Sales will make outbound calls to product distributors (convenience store, snack food, novelty, etc) and build ongoing sales and brokering relationships to sell products from our manufacturer portfolio. These distributors require products for them to be successful, and our offering does not require them to spend money, so this is NOT a hard sales role and is more of an account management and product brokering position.

This role requires someone with strong phone sales or support background as you will be making several calls and building new relationships every day. Motivated and aggressive people with excellent relationship building skills will be successful. There is an opportunity to continually grow performance bonuses through the development of successful sales and product brokering relationships; the salary upside in this role is well beyond the base salary rate.

Responsibilities
Develop distributor relationships to produce high volume win-win business relationships, working under the direction of the VP of Distribution
Make several product distributor calls per day to start, build, and nurture relationships
Follow up on account needs such as product requests, sample management, day to day logistics, etc to ensure high customer service level is maintained on all account
Introduce Wholesalefund benefits to distributors and gaintheir interest and adoption of our platform
Provide distributors with appropriate information on our product portfolio to help our product manufacturers gain distribution leads and increased product sales
Proactively nurture customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve call and brokering metrics.
Provide ongoing education to customers about our company, features and benefits in order to improve product related sales and create Wholesalefund Evangelists.
Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction
Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the executive team
Maintain proficiency in using the company systems and CRM software
Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
Skills

Compensation
Vary based on experience, full salary+ bonus+ comisssion
