Director of Client Services

Fluent, Inc., a digital marketing company with versatile ad-serving solutions for advertisers and publishers. Fluent launched this past August, with a heavy focus on product development and now boasts millions of unique visitors per month across its network of traditional web, mobile web, and app partners. Unlike traditional networks, Fluent works with its advertising partners to establish actionable programs and can serve its inventory on a CPL, CPA, or CPE basis.

Description: The DCS will be responsible for management of all advertiser accounts and campaigns across all service divisions of the company; currently, AdFlow, MobFlow, Affluent and Fluent Media. The core objective of this position is to ensure Fluent is able to retain and grow key advertiser accounts initiated by the business development staff. The most basic strategy best suited to achieve this objective is to fulfill budgets while meeting advertiser's conversion objectives. A strong DCS candidate is a calculated thinker -- intuitive to both customer and company needs and capabilities. They are able to firmly set internal and external expectations and prioritize opportunities brought forth by our Sales and Product groups.
Monitoring of performance within each fulfillment channel
Strategic media planning for campaign distribution
Troubleshooting potential issues with respects to:
Data Collection
Data Delivery
Reporting and Tracking
Offer performance / User engagement
Conversion and CRM (as related to ROI for advertiser)
Optimization of campaigns to ensure optimal performance for both Fluent as well as the advertiser
Critique advertisers on their CRM processes in order to enhance overall program efficiencies
Educate advertisers on best performing models and formats to achieve ROI
Upsell advertisers on Fluent's entire suite of products and services
BA/BS degree required
5+ years experience as Account Manager/Director at a top Online Marketing Company or Agency
Strong knowledge of performance marketing and CPL/CPA advertising a must
Proven track record of success managing and scaling accounts through the development of long-term strategic relationships
Online Lead Generation and/or Mobile Advertising experience a plus
o Salary: Negotiable (based on experience / qualifications)
