You must be excited about working within an entrepreneurial, rapid-growth business environment. We need you to switch instantly between helping frame strategic goals and executing tactics with diligence and creativity. You have to drive relentlessly towards results while maintaining great relationships with inside and outside constituents. And of course, you need to love technology, design, and branding.
We are searching for a candidate with a demonstrated ability to think creatively, to work with customers on vaguely defined problems, to assemble an ROI business case and above all else the ability to listen, summarize and follow-through. You need to lead the refinement of our product/market fit and for our early stage SAAS businesses.
Make no mistake about it: we are an early stage company and you will be the only person dedicated to customer development out of the gate. You need to be experienced, but you also have to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get dirty. You’ve got to be excited about getting in early and building this company.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with early stage customer development
B2B direct marketing experience with solid software background
Ability to thrive in a start up environment
Fluency in the business of corporate branding and the world of graphic design and production
