The Director role is responsible for leading large-scale projects from conception to launch that will dramatically impact the business. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and dynamic individual who can lead our growing Customer Experience team and drive every part of the Trumaker experience to be the best it can be.
You must be passionate about interacting with our customers to find creative solutions to problems that will amaze and delight. You believe the Trumaker Outfitters are the key to delivering an amazing customer experience, and you are obsessive about supporting our sales force with effective tools, top-tier training, and lots of fun.
Help define the “Trumaker Way” of service and support and lead the Trumaker experience team
Organize, prioritize, and drive data-focused metrics for Customer & Outfitter support
Develop technology- and marketing-driven experience projects from idea to wireframes to launch
Work closely with Customers and Outfitters to solve problems, consistently providing a positive and professional experience
