Overview
Are you a search marketer with a passion for getting companies found online? If so, let’s chat. We’re looking for an Inbound Marketing specialist who will develop and drive thredUP’s customer acquisition through organic and paid search programs.

We need you as an integral part of our marketing team to research, develop, implement and evolve SEO and SEM campaigns that deliver results. You’ll use your analytical mind to build and grow our paid search and SEO programs, to get ahead of the competition and position thredUP as a unique leader in the children’s apparel industry.

Your job will entail strategic, long-term planning, along with fast-paced and iterative execution. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for website content strategies, optimization around shopping engines, internal and external link building, competitor analyses, keyword research, blogging, leveraging social sites and consistently hounding the team about all the search-related initiatives we should be taking on…

You’ll work closely with the development team to implement technical website enhancements to improve our SEO rankings, along with the design team to create and test creative. Monitoring and analyzing search revenue data to continually improve campaigns will be key.

Experience
Metadata optimization actually means something to you…
You have 2+ years hands-on search and analytics experience.
You performed a similar role at an agency or e-commerce website.
You’re a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
You have a data-driven mindset.
You have an understanding of HTML, photoshop, AdWords and Google Analytics (certification preferred).
You are an excellent copywriter and communicator.
You have experience managing paid search goals and across search engines.
