You will play a key role in all e-commerce, digital production, online customer acquisition, customer retention and customer loyalty efforts. You will be responsible for the strategy, and the successful execution and achievement of awareness and lead generation business goals through our website, email and other Internet properties. You’ll collaborate with team members across functional areas to constantly improve the conversion process, brainstorm new campaign ideas, and test creative, content and media. You’ll develop marketing campaigns designed to bring in leads to the marketing automation system where they are nurtured, scored, and qualified, both on the B2C (Job Seekers) and B2B (Employers) side of the business. You will work alongside the CEO, Product Management, and the Product Development Teams to help formulate the strategy and vision for our product roadmap.
You bring 10+ years of experience in online, digital marketing
You love, live, breathe online marketing, especially the online conversion process
You have high energy, and are an entrepreneurial multi-tasker
You are highly results-oriented, pay great attention to detail
You enjoy prioritizing and possess the passion to meet aggressive deadlines
You have outstanding writing skills
You possess a broad knowledge of managing integrated online marketing campaigns
You enjoy both Quantitative and Qualitative creative analysis
You love diving into Google Analytics to continually optimize user experience
You are a team player and have experience working with Product Development teams
You may possess experience in SEM and SEO Strategy Implementation
