Responsibilities
Drive marketing vision for Advershares including platform launch strategy;
Build out online media channels from the ground up;
Develop display and RTV programs that drive brand awareness and revenue;
Work with Biz Dev to Identify and recruit potential partners that can drive content and revenue for Advershares;
Engage with Product and IT teams to develop and maintain technical components needed for SEM, SEO and Affiliate programs, including product data feeds and links;
Interface with Field Sales Force to develop and deploy effective marketing tools;
Proactively propose new strategies and aggressively test different tactics in order to optimize campaigns and meet ROI targets;
Drive quantitative analysis to measure success of all channels;
Evaluate success measures for marketing campaigns across channels;
Financial understanding of budgeting and forecasting as it relates to marketing channel campaigns;
Position (initially) reports to President, excellent oppty for growth in a dyanmic new start-up
Experience
Self-moivated, but comfortable working in close team environment;
5+ years successful experience in one or more fields of marketing supported by a formal education;
Proven ability to successfully manage projects in the online sector;
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
Track record of hitting timelines and meeting budgets;
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work across complex organizations in an environment of change;
Experience managing external agencies, media buying.
