Overview
I'm looking for a business co-founder to head up the marketing side of the business. He or she must be creative, enthusiastic, and ready to take on a challenge.
Ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial recent college graduate looking to take on a high responsibility position and put in incredible effort to reach the company's goals.

Responsibilities
Design and implement a creative viral marketing campaign.
Build an affiliate program.
Recruit new sales and marketing representatives.
Reach monthly target quotas.
Be committed to working incredibly hard with massive upside reward.
Be willing to assume a high level of control and responsibility within a young company.
Speak English.
Live in the United States.
Skills
Obviously must be very familiar with computers.
Charisma and people skills are huge.
