A highly profitable, funded, fashion-tech e-commerce group is seeking a full-time Director of User Experience Design. As a rapidly growing fashion technology focused company who put emphasizes on robust content management system, UI/UX, scalable web development and implementing new technologies such as JSON; its vital the group find an excellent Dir of User Experience to work the CTO, product managers, marketing, creative, development, and operations teams. We are rapidly growing and seeking the most innovative and passionate people to join us.
Responsibilities include development of interface functionality and world class user experience. This includes interaction design, information architecture, and functional user interface design for consumers, and vendors. Collaboration with front end developers to streamline design functionality.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience with front end technologies HTML, CSS, Javascript
At least 2+ years experience in an ecommerce setting
Experience with creative and visual design concepts.
Technical project management skills- agile based
Understanding of internal client facing customer tools
Skilled in mobile usability and information architecture
Skills
HTML, CSS, Javascript
jQuery, Backbone.JS, Node.JS or other framework experience is nice
PHP, MySQL, Python or Perl wuold be great as well
Education
Experience over education preferred, please include your portfolio when applying
