Overview
Our company is a startup with an exciting and challenging project. We are building a company that will change the consumer finance industry. Our ambitions are big and the purpose of the job is to create and develop a brand that will command consumer trust.
As director of marketing you will be responsible for all marketing aspects of the company including branding, PR, merchandising, co-branding partnership, SEO and site traffic, relationships with lenders and product management

Responsibilities
Create our brand identity - generate and grow our brand equity
Manage the quality of our corporate communication from job offers to website or promotional material
Generate traffic for our website via SEO, co-branding, content management etc
Create and measure awareness and interest among target customers
Support sales through display and merchandising materials as well as documentation
Manage relationships with lenders and the product database
Develop and execute compelling new services and associated pricing
Manage incentive programs
Manage PR and buzz marketing
Monitor and analyze market and competitor activity
Experience
10+ years of experience in consumer-facing marketing
Prior experience in opening / creating a market

2 - Technical skills / previous experience
Strong network already in place (PR, etc.)

3 - Languages and communication
Excellent written and oral communication
Excellent knowledge of local culture (prior experience abroad valued)
Fluent in Spanish and English (Native Spanish preferred)
