Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate front desk activities such as answering, screening and forwarding calls
Strong organizational skills
Meet and greet visitors
Assist with recruitment related activities
Order office supplies
Schedule appointments for President and CEO
Coordinate domestic and international travel needs while upholding company T&E policy and client contracted terms
Assist with electronic file management of personnel records
Process and prepare daily medical mailers according to type (Training will be provided)
Responsible for record keeping and timekeeping compliance
Experience
Requirement/SKILLS (education/Experience):
0 – 2 years of office experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum of 3.0 GPA
Strong organizational and communication skills a must
Solid computer skills
Good communication skills
Interest to learn and get trained in new areas for job growth
Experience with travel arrangements and scheduling a plus
