EYEFLY LLC,, a new online store offering a comprehensive selection of on trend, high quality frames and prescription lenses has a position available for a Marketing Assistant. EYEFLY is owned by Bluefly and A+D Labs and is a fantastic entrepreneurial opportunity to launch a new online business. This position will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on all online marketing programs (email, search, affiliate, etc), public relations, and social media to drive revenue for a new online website. This position will report to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic online marketing plan to build an active customer file and retain customers on a consistent basis
Work with GM and internal partners to develop, implement, and manage targeted marketing programs including email, SEM, banners, affiliates, and other aspects of online marketing
Manage marketing programs, monitor and report on performance, and optimize for conversion and ROI.
Day-to-day point of contact for all marketing programs including email, SEM, banners, affiliates, etc. Manage relationship with email and search vendors
Work with GM and other internal partners to develop a social media and PR plan. Manage social media and public relation campaigns from concept through launch and ongoing monitoring of campaigns
Create reports, analyze and manage marketing programs against weekly, daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets; conduct ongoing analysis of programs, and implement improvements to achieve goals
Manage marketing process including the coordination of creative requests, set-up, testing, deployment, and monitoring of programs
Manage permission marketing program to optimize email development, delivery, and response rates
Work with internal and external designers and copywriters to produce high quality marketing materials on time and on budget
Remain abreast of relevant market trends, competition, and changes in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the product and adjust plan accordingly
Liaise with internal partners to ensure best practice and value in the development of packaging, branding, environment, merchandising, and joint marketing initiatives
BA degree
1-2 years of online marketing experience (email, SEM, SEO, affiliate)
Strong interest in online marketing in a dynamic business start-up environment
Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Outstanding quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong creative sense, organizational planning, and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent and creative written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross functional teams
Ability to meet and exceed quantitative goals and consistently meet deadlines
Experience using online analytical tools
Microsoft Excel skills required
BA Preferred
