E-Commerce Manager

The E-Commerce Manager will report directly to Terrence Kelleman (Dynomighty's Founder, President, and Chief Creative Officer) and should respect and personify the principles of the Dynomighty culture. Responsibilities include content administration, e-commerce maintenance, site testing and troubleshooting, online marketing initiatives, and analytics.

Manage seasonal, monthly, and weekly product, content and administrative updates.
Add new products and all product related attributes (cross/up-selling) to the CMS Business Manager
Troubleshoot problems with products, orders and user accounts and coordinate resolution.
Coordinate feature pages including Homepages, Interactive 'Custom Programming'
Primary business point of contact with E-Commerce vendors, graphic designers and developers.
Suggest ways to increase traffic; stay abreast of current best practices in driving/aggregating traffic.
QA and User Acceptance Testing
Maintain security and fraud protection with 3rd party notification systems, Merchant Services settings for address verification, and other leading site monitoring software.
Manages efficient transfer of orders and prompt fulfillment through third party warehouse fulfillment center.
Updates Customer Experience Manager of potential issues or delays with fulfillment. Manages international order fulfillment shipping options.
Work with Financial Analyst to evolve reports that measure financial performance of the site and site initiatives through online reporting tools.
Conduct analysis of site functionality and performance through Google Analytics, online customer surveys and other leading industry tools to make recommendations and changes to site flow, design, functionality, and organization.
Manage third party SEO service to ensure customer outreach grows beyond branded keywords. Works with same third party service and web designer to maximize effectiveness of campaign as it relates to website copy, data feeds, and structures.
Track and report on the effectiveness of digital/cross channel marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and source code measurements.
Ensures acquisition and renewal of all domain names owned and maintained by DYNOMIGHTY.
Continually seek opportunities to grow the E-Commerce business.
At least 3 years demonstrated experience ideally with Content Management Systems, e-Commerce and e-mail/Mail Chimp web production/systems.
A strong desire to be a part of an creative, entrepreneurial environment with a solid work ethic.
Highly organized with excellent (visual and written) communication skills and collaborative nature.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated but also a great team player.
