Ensures that all installation, isolation and repair work is carried out according to the applicable codes of practice and company standards
Perform maintenance, repair and testing of a wide variety of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
Perform process, utility, and energy isolations
Perform planned maintenance activities as required by the integrated maintenance plan in a safe manner to persons, environment and the facility
Understand the inventory and Maintenance system (MAXIMO)
Raising request for stock and direct materials
Raising tag requests for new electrical equipment
Exercise analytical skills in faultfinding, maintenance and repair
Maintain accurate Electrical logs, reports, and handover reports of all station electrical activities, recording data from gauges and meter as required
University degree and English language qualification is preferable, but not a must
Core and Technical Competencies developed through the previous industry experience
Ability to read electrical single line drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, PLC ladder logic and cause and effects drawings
Practical understanding of International Electrical Codes
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to and work with personnel across the organization
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
