Overview
We are looking for a talented email and lifecycle marketing manager who has a passion for customer segmentation, database marketing, and developing engaging CRM lifecycle programs that directly impact customer value and retention. We will look to you to build our lifecycle marketing program from the ground up and be accountable for its success.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer segmentation models.
Create and execute a strategic customer email contact strategy that is focused on key customer segments and designed to enhance customer lifetime value and encourage retention.
Execute the entire email process including: coding, lists, creative direction, development, and QA for all email marketing communications.
Evaluate current email systems and making recommendations for improvement.
Utilize aggressive A/B testing and regular optimization to maximize campaign performance and improve email key performance indicators and isolated campaign-driver effectiveness.
Create a holistic customer contact preference solution
Partner cross-functionally with Product and Customer Support to develop seamless user experience
Create metrics and routine reporting to ensure leadership team and cross-functional teams are up to date on email channel and lifecycle marketing program performance.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience of working with database marketing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM programs
Passion for data and metrics
Skills
Knowledge of online marketing tactics, contact strategy development, campaign optimization and planning
Ability to articulate and champion email marketing best practices and standards
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
Strong writing and communications skills
Education
Bachelors degree
