We’re looking for an enterprise SaaS sales executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be a self-starter with proven success closing large deals with senior-level executives. You’ll be pitching Ascendify’s Talent Cloud Platform to HR leaders at mid-size to enterprise companies.
This is highly strategic position that will drive all business development efforts at Ascendify. You’ll be a key member of an early team, reporting to the CEO. This role carries a very high-upside and early equity and for the right person will be incredibly lucrative.
What you’ll do
Close key referable customers and then build out our sales organization
Plan and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Drive new business (100 contacts, 10 demos, 2 proposals per week)
Design and implement creative sales strategies to close and accelerate new deals
Work with marketing on growth strategies (leadgen, events, sales campaigns, awareness)
Uncover customer pain points and align Ascendify’s solutions to meet their needs
Evangelize the vision of Ascendify’s Talent Cloud Platform
Represent the company at events and build industry relationships
What we’ll look for in you
3 to 5 years of sales experience
A proven closer that exceeds quotas
Salesforce (or other CRM) experience
High ethics, integrity and wants to be part of a world-class team
