About:
The Enterprise Account Manager is a new position and you will be working directly with the Director of Enterprise Sales and be his partner-in-crime in building an Enterprise account management team from scratch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in learning how to not only close deals with huge enterprises but also maintain the account after. You are mature, extremely articulate, confident, and a people’s person. We’re a small team, but we’re kickin’ ass and takin’ names. We expect you to be extremely organized, develop your own leads, ask smart questions, and make your own decisions independently. You will have the opportunity to attend trade shows, conferences, and meet with HR executives in the Fortune 500 - this should make you excited, not scared!
Experience
2-5 years account management experience with large companies (upward of 1000 employees)
Degree in Business, Marketing, or HR preferred
1-2 years experience in sales
Experience using Salesforce
Skills
Experience with SaaS Products and high growth startups
Experience in working with HR.
Experience in selling to HRs
