Entrepreneurial Account Manager

Overview
Ringadoc seeks highly motivated Account Manager to effectively communicate our revolutionary product offering to healthcare professionals. This is a key position in a company poised to disrupt the medical industry and we are looking for an exceptional candidate who is smart and willing to go above and beyond to help doctors modernize their practice.

We are located in San Francisco and have solidified partnerships with the biggest names in healthcare technology and closed funding from some of the best VCs in the country, including Peter Thiel's innovative Founders Fund.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for the entire sales and activation process for healthcare professionals as well as customer service for our patient end-users. This includes the creation and targeting of new leads based on product specs and the nurturing of existing leads. You will serve as the main point of contact for Ringadoc as the organization interacts with healthcare professionals.

Personality is more important than experience for this position and we are looking for someone who is extremely personable, motivated, and professional.
Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls and in person visits to healthcare professionals to introduce to them Ringadoc's Answering Service Replacement
Research, generate, and manage lists of qualified leads to reach out to either in person or via outbound calls
Guide healthcare professionals from initial interest all the way to complete use of Ringadoc's Answering Service Replacement
Manage inbound and outbound calls to healthcare professionals and patients ranging from leads to actual users
Conduct live product demonstrations during training sessions via webinar
Act as the single point of contact for new and existing Ringadoc users
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance
Work closely with product and marketing to define and constantly improve the sales process
Help create collateral and training protocols for new doctor users
Work closely with our doctor and patient users to get feedback about how to improve our product offerings
Provide a fantastic experience to all of our users
Experience
1+ year of account management, inside/outside sales

Skills
Professional, confident, and friendly on the phone
Persistent and can overcome objections and obstacles to reach goals
Effective communicator (written and verbal) with strong organizational skills
Excellent work ethic demonstrated by being a self-starter, metrics-driven, and motivated
