Overview
Lapio is a cloud based, race timing and registration solution for race organizers and timers. We’ve taken the difficulty out of timing and packed our solution with all the best features to create awesome races participants love.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lapio is searching for an aspiring sales professional who wants to build their business skills, rapidly increase their income, and love their job. We are looking for a goal oriented, ambitious person with a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn the rewards/loyalty business.

We are an international business with customers in Europe, North America, Australia, Africa, and looking to enter into Latin America this year. This position would be focused on strengthening our position in the US market.

We are willing to mentor and train the right individual but a passion for sales and go-getter attitude is a must. In this position you will gain a strong grasp of the endurance racing industry and Lapio’s online race management and timing solution. Product training will include exposure to both online and actual race timing.

This person is a team player with a passion and appreciation for the vision and mission of the company. At Lapio, we want all races, from large to small, to enjoy the benefits of efficient, accurate timing combined with innovative features; all at an affordable cost.

This is a full-time position to start, with benefits after 90 days.
Responsibilities
Ability to work in small teams of experienced sales professionals to create new business
Execute a sales process from discovery, solution, pricing, negotiation, and close
Create new business opportunities using your own network as well as market knowledge
Demonstrate an ability to engage with and attract new customers
Meet revenue and opportunity quotas
Be a closer

Compensation
Compensation: Salary: $25,000 base + commission, OTE $50,000 + benefits
