Overview
Junior Software Developer – Contract to Hire
Duration – 3 months contract to hire
Location - Mt. Laurel, NJ (Preferred), West Chester, PA, Greenwood Village, CO, or Reston, VA

Location - Mt. Laurel, NJ (Preferred), West Chester, PA, Greenwood Village, CO, or Reston, VA
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working collaboratively with development teams and systems administrators, drive initiatives to automate the ability to measure capacity of host and network services.
Maintain current understanding of host capabilities and advantages/disadvantages of various vendor products.
Develop system automations, tools, and user interfaces for COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) and in-house systems to be used in automating operational processes.
Software development in Linux environment
Maintain, upkeep all related documentation on SharePoint/UCM/Wiki/JIRA etc. as appropriate
Other duties as assigned
Experience
QUALIFICATION
Experience: 1 to 3 years (Co-Op/Intern Programming experience is acceptable) in the following:
Solid understanding of the Linux Operating System
Object-oriented design & programming skills using Python, or Perl or PHP MVC and JavaScript. Open- source solutions for application development, source-code utilities, & application development methods in a team environment.
Experience with Relational Database Management Systems: MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL.
Experience with SNMP
Education: BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems.
