Equity Partner with Front-End Web Developer Skills

Overview
WURBG.com, an auction site for Magic: the Gathering Cards, is looking for a front-end web developer. We are offering an equity share of the company as compensation - perfect for those aspiring entrepreneurs who are tired of the 9-5 grind. This is a long-term commitment with high income potential.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone that can help us make the jump from our existing alpha product to a production-ready release. Like any successful website, we'll need help with bugs and upgrades once launched on an as-needed basis.
Experience
CSS
JavaScript
jQuery
Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Grails-driven dynamic web applications, from the UI-perspective
GIT source control and collaborative development
Some Java and Linux helpful, but not required.
Skills
As a business partner, you need to be a self-starter.
Initiate and accomplish tasks without supervision on a timely basis.
Willingness to be both a team leader and a team player.
Enjoy working with other team members.
Solid communication skills.
Knowledge of Magic: the Gathering is a plus.
Compensation
For this position we are offering a 5% equity share of the company.
