We are looking for an exceptional rails developer to join our XP software development team!

Experience
3-5 years of experience building web applications
Strong background with Ruby and Rails
Serious database skills (PostgreSQL preferred, but we love Redis too)
Ninja-level skills with JavaScript
Experience with virtualized environments (Xen/EC2)
Experience with Objective-C/iPhone and mobile development
A great sense of humor
Skills
Experience with extreme programming methods
A github account
An insatiable curiosity about new technology
A tremendous customer service ethic
