Our company is a startup with an exciting and challenging project. We are building a company that will change the consumer finance industry. Our ambitions are big and the purpose of the job is to help the CEO in a variety of tasks needed to succeed.
As an executive assistant, your job will be to make sure that the office runs smoothly, and that our team is as efficient as possible by filling in the various needs a startup has and supporting the CEO in his day to day work.
Responsibilities
All the functions of an office manager
Help with recruiting, purchasing, project management, accounting, etc.
Initially perform all administrative tasks of the company
Translations of documents and website (English / Spanish / Catalan)
Gathering and maintenance of data (products, clients, etc)
Help test the website we are developing
Implement and manage a variety of recurrent business processes (reporting, quality control etc)
Experience
5+ years of experience in similar positions
Skills
1 - Personality / work ethic
Team player (help and respect each other, accept and provide constructive feedback, search best solution for the company not for the individual)
Fast and efficient and very organized
Ability to work under pressure, very responsive and with a great sense of urgency
Interested in learning about various aspects of business (sales, marketing, management etc.)
2 - Technical skills / previous experience
Strong network (help save time and money when looking for employees or vendors)
Excellent analytical skills and control of MS office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, and access)
3 - Languages and communication
Excellent written communication skills
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Education
• College degree or equivalent
• Estudios superiores o universitarios
