Grow VC is looking for two driven and extremely talented Executive Assistants
The opportunity includes working with all aspects of the operations, closely with the top management of the global organization. The opportunity is truly entrepreneurial and the focus is on developing a long term role within the global operations. Do your homework on Grow VC and you'll soon realize the potential.
The EA is expected to demonstrate pro-activeness and a hunger to learn. Grow VC is the global pioneer in a new market, which develops at a fast pace day by day. Uncertainty and risk are part of the every day picture and theEA is expected not only to manage in the environment, but thrive in it.
Initial responsibilities would include working with top management, taking part of implementation of global strategy and coordination of global operations. In addition to working with top management, the EA would be in interaction with the global team in the US, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia, as well as work with different aspects of the organization such as with marketing, development and other valuable efforts.
Experience
A background in entrepreneurship or entrepreneurial activity is a big plus. Any other activity that demonstrates pro-activeness, appetite for risk and making things happen is also vastly favorable.
Skills
Grow VC is a highly web oriented organization, which requires you to be at home online and a true web native. Location is secondary, yet the EA must be fluent or native in English.
