The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting senior management in the Professional Services Division in our Brooklyn office. The ability to interact with staff at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, while remaining proactive, resourceful, with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency, is critical to this role.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Schedule travel arrangements and produce travel itineraries
Produce and submit monthly expense reports, and reconcile credit card statements
Analyze department spending
Calculate team utilization
Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, drafting correspondence, and answering phones
Light event planning (ordering lunches, finding spaces for events)
Assist with the completion of special projects, as needed
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years' of experience supporting an executive or related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Calendar management, meeting planning, and travel arrangement experience
High energy and dedication to excellence
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and streams of work
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, independent
Skills
