Overview
BeachMint is a next-generation e commerce company founded by two serial entrepreneurs, backed by large, institutional investors. We are a 20+ person company located in Santa Monica, CA, looking for a responsible, motivated Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This person’s main responsibility will be to proactively meet the administrative support needs of our CEO and President, as well as manage the office and oversee HR projects.
Responsibilities
Provide executive level support to CEO and President
Handle confidential and time sensitive information
Calendar management
Assist with Board of Directors meeting presentations
Prepare, submit and track expense reports
Manage office maintenance including: cleaning crew, gifting, office supplies, mail and parking
Act as the point of contact for third parties including: accounting, landlord, legal and tech support
Manage insurance
Oversee new hire process
Experience
1+ year experience as a successful administrator supporting an executive in a complex and dynamic environment
Skills
Proven competency using MS Office applications, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Extremely organized with acute attention to detail
A consistently positive and cheerful attitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Enjoys a fast-paced, startup environment
Professional email and phone personality
Education
BA/BS from a 4-year university
