Overview
Meebee is looking for an energetic, determined individual who will support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a start-up. Someone with ability to multi-task, work autonomously, take initiative, and follow-through. Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are critical.

We’re looking for a clear communicator who loves working with people and is ready to dive into any projects that come their way. This role is satisfying and puts you in the thick of things. It’s also demanding and expectations are high. The hours will sometimes be long. It also places you in the privileged position of acting as an extension of the CEO when dealing with business matters.

Responsibilities
Provide executive support to the CEO
Oversee a complex, ever-changing calendar and schedule
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
Conduct online research on different topics
Develop relationships with real estate agencies, vendors, and third party contacts
Liaising between executive and staff
Post job ads and schedule job interviews
Take charge of additional duties as assigned
Experience
Age: 25-35
2+ years of experience in similar position, ideally in startup
Excellent verbal & written ENGLISH and CZECH language skills
Preferably user of Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
Excellent organizational skills, timely and accurate completion of all tasks
Work well under pressure
Enthusiastic and energetic with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and fast learner
Flexible hours (this is not a 9-5 position)
