An experienced Sales Director who has proven him/herself in the Health IT space needed to work in our New York office.
Meeting or exceeding quota. Prospecting – identifying and qualifying customers through cold calling, leveraging personal contacts, following up on company generated leads.
Personally attending network events, conferences and tradeshows to build relationships that will create new business opportunities.
Building trust and value with partners to develop leads.
Keeping your leads, opportunities and deals up-to-date with automation tools.
Pipeline Management – balancing sales activity for prospects to ensure consistent sales performance each month.
Build and manage salary and commission based sales force nationwide
Oversee the coordination of all contractual, operational, and sales functions nationwide
Address physicians' and clinicians' concerns in adoption of new use of information technology in the clinical setting; identify potential 'crises' and develop appropriate responses
Engage new providers to participate
Articulate roles, rules of engagement and contract relationships of participating physicians and partners
Coordinate with and oversee the work of sales force & consultants
Execute the integration of various marketing tactics ' medical education, advertising, public relations, etc
Conduct necessary market analyses, or use existing relevant analyses, to develop innovative approaches to promote and communicate Docturs sales
Work with the Marketing Department to ensure adequate messaging and market strategies
Proven quota achievements
Minimum of 4 years experience selling Health IT services (managed IT services, network integration, systems integration, hosting, subscription software services, IT management and support).
Consultative sales experience includes; probing for business impact, multiple decision makers, multi-year contract, long sales cycle, customized service offering.
