Experienced Javascript Developer

at in NY   —   Jul 12, 2014   |
Overview is looking for Javascript developers! We need smart people who love to learn and adapt. We're a small startup with big clients and even bigger aspirations. You'd be joining our frontend team as a Developer or Senior Developer depending on your skill and experience.

We use our own frontend framework, so you'll be involved in the nuts and bolts of frontend architecture. We also use some cool tools: the Google Closure Compiler, the Closure Library, and Haskell. We love functional programming. We build a lot of things ourselves, so rather than just using libraries, you'll often get a chance to understand how they work, their pros and cons, and you can attempt to do better. We have desktop and mobile sites, and a mobile app, so you'll work on the full spectrum of devices. Our frontend integrations are live on the websites of some enormous national retail chains and, yup, the code you write will be there too.

This is a position that will challenge you, but if you're the right person, you'll enjoy the challenge - the chance to stretch your capabilities, help set the technical direction, and get involved in building something great. We think we're on to something here, and we hope you can be a part of it.
