Overview
An early-stage startup is looking for a senior Architect / CTO with strong background in web technologies and application development.
He/she must have the entrepreneurial drive and desire to lead the development of a proprietary online coaching platform that is going to revolutionize the self-help and personal development marketplace.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of an interactive web platform and mobile application.
Experience
Proven track record of successfully developing high quality and scalable web applications
Extensive experience with Java technologies
Advantage: Experience with desktop Widgets, Facebook APIs, iPhone apps
Skills
Self-starter, independent and resourceful
Passion for excellence and innovation
Strong desire to be part of a dedicated start-up team
Compensation
Compensation will initially be based on deferred payment and equity (stock options) , until the company completes its financing round.
