Our site is an exclusive personalized social marketplace focusing on high-end products in fashion, design, and art where users can buy and sell all kinds of cool products.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a talented, energetic Fashion E-Commerce buyer with a great eye to source the coolest designers and brands for our platform. You will have a passion for fashion, art and design, and will be excited to work in a fast growing environment. You are hungry, smart, fun and humble. You have a large network amongst brands and designers as you've worked with them before. You are super organized and want to make things happen, you want to close deals. You not just source products, you create value for the brands you work with, vendors adore you and you get satisfaction knowing you bring the best of the best to thousands of users.
Develop product and outreach strategy, outline categories to be expanded, categories that will be maintained or be contracted.
Create assortment plans by category outlining width and depth of assortment.
Create and maintain a -sample library- that lists and groups the products currently on the website. This will serve as the tool for the entire team to determine vendor outreach, addition of new products/categories and products/categories that should be consolidated to the website.
Identify, sign, develop and maintain vendor partnerships while executing best negotiation strategies.
Provide feedback on best sellers and determine how we can maximize their presence on the website.
Collaborate with technology/design team to ensure the website contains the best products.

3+ years buying experience in retail (fashion, lifestyle, design) and/or e-commerce
Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations, overall relationship management and great fashion taste level
Influencing abilities and vendor/brand management experience
Experience in B2B space
Strong awareness of product and assortment
Strong analytical skills with clear ability to develop conclusions & recommendations from data
Exceptional interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Self-starter, possessing tenacity and a desire for challenges; high level of initiative
Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environment; adaptable to changing business needs
