Working with the Director of Product Development and entire Product Team you will need to identify, plan and define functional specifications/requirements for release and/or sprint planning
Create user stories and serve as back-up product owner at planning, estimating, and progress meetings
Work closely with the development team as back-up product owner and requirements “guru”
Develop and maintain detailed user stories in a prioritized product backlog which accurately reflects customer and business priorities
Convey the business vision and goals associated with feature sets clearly to the development team in order to ensure that delivery is focused on business value
Function as a back-up product champion with the development team to continuously ensure development activities are optimally aligned with customer needs
Prioritize the user story backlog to ensure optimal delivery for customers
Participate in sizing meetings, planning meetings, daily Scrums, sprint reviews, and team retrospectives
Assist the Director Product Management and Product Team and business stakeholders to create and maintain release roadmaps based on projected team velocity, estimated size of features, and business priority
2+ years of Business or Data Analyst/Product Owner experience in a software product company
Demonstrated ability to actively manage priority and scope for technical development efforts and to maintain a level head in stressful times
Must be a creative thinker, confident and able to express complex ideas in an articulate, concise manner
Previous experience within the medical or EMR field a +
Excellent organization skills; particularly the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
