Fashion Ecommerce- Email Marketing

Overview
A small but rapidly growing ecommerce fashion group in the LA area is seeking a full time email marketing manager to help in the creation, lead, execution, and analysis of an aggressive marketing campaign. You must be comfortable with analyzing performance metrics and being able to make effective, strategic recommendations to improve campaign success and customer behavior. Solid experience and proven effectiveness in maximizing revenue through email marketing and/or other online tools is required. It is NECESSARY to have experience targeting the 18-35 year old female demographic and working in the fashion/beauty industry. You should be comfortable managing strategic partnerships within a marketing environment.
Responsibilities
Create strategies for marketing campaigns
Analyze performance metrics and make effective recommendation for future campaigns
Grow user base through strategic partnerships and social marketing efforts
Manage team of email marketers
Use CRM techniques to maximize revenue
Experience
MUST HAVE EXPERINCE IN FASHION/BEAUTY INDUSTRY
Successful experience reaching (or exceeding!) revenue and user aquisition goals
4-7 Years online/email marketing experince
Experience with social media marketing is a big plus
Education
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Fashion (Merchandising, Textiles), or Communications
MBA Strongly Preferred
Compensation
Up to $90,000 base plus long term incentives and performance bonus
