As the Field Sales Director in NYC, you are entrepreneurial and skilled at building and leading a team. You thrive on having the responsiblity for a result and for your people's results, with endless energy for recruiting, training, nurturing, recognizing, and developing your people. You'll be given the framework needed to start-up this pivitol territory from scratch and work independently to get it done.
Build and grow sales territory by recruiting, training, and developing a team of local Outfitters.
Identify potential sales leaders by being actively connected to your Outfitters - proactively coach and mentor top performers.
Participate in field rides, lead web calls and monthly team meetings to provide additional training and engage your team in the sales opportunity.
Attend quarterly meetings with the Trumaker executive team to contribute growth-oriented ideas, and gain additional training to help increase the results of your territory.
Create a success culture within your territory, which reflects the company’s aspirations and industry-defining standards.
Min. 5+ years of success in a leadership and/or sales management role
A self-driven, you take ownership of results and feel comfortable working remotely.
Highly organized, effectively manage your schedule to achieve maximum time efficiency, and utilize detailed reports to gain depth and understanding around how to drive sales activities and results
Understanding of what it means to work in a start-up environment: demonstrating patience, resourcefulness, and a wilfullness to solve problems, get things done, and make a difference.
