Ruby Seven Studios is a startup gaming studio, headquartered in the innovative heart of San Francisco. As a team, we’re a tight-knit band of A-players – with a targeted mission of crafting incredible social and mobile games, packed with high-octane fun. We’re looking for an assistant to the CEO who will be the linchpin of our finance and operations.
At Ruby Seven Studios, we’re all about building great games and creating an amazing customer experience. We need you to provide support to the team and help smoothly facilitate every step of this process. Tasks for the position include:
Coordinate the CEO’s calendar and activities in Outlook
Schedule meetings and manage follow-up correspondence
Coordinate with CPA to prepare board reports and board documentation
Manage payroll, accounts payable, financial analysis, and accounting
Administrative duties: typing, filing, copying, faxing, mailings, etc.
Manage travel bookings and event coordination
General office management and light HR functions
Manage organization and tidiness of the office
Answer phones and greet office guests
Manage re-stocking of office supplies
Create advertising reports
Record meeting minutes
Adaptability to a constantly change work environment and list of tasks
Experience in an office assistant or executive assistant role
Computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
Experience managing accounting and payroll
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
Passion for the startup environment
Bachelor's degree preferred.
