The position requires needs an energetic, consultative, operationally savvy and strategically oriented thinker to act as a stabilizing force in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct acquisition and growth policies, strategies and plans and associated structure, capabilities and resources
Prepare global, regional and national assessments of acquisition challenges and assisting acquired entities in improving the growth and profit processes

Able to interact effectively with senior management of acquisitions and with management experts. The person must extensive management experience and a proven track record of growing entities under diverse conditions
Assess measures for complying with international and national regulatory business guidelines and laws
Assess manpower and competitiveness issues and develop and keep up to date the infrastructure for coordinating and supporting the operations and reporting of acquired entities
Prepare independent assessments of acquired entities organizational arrangements and management processes
Apply merger and acquisition, restructuring and corporate finance skills to transactions in industries such as financial services, retail, consumer products, media and communications, health care, real estate, industrial services and diversified manufacturing in U.S. and foreign corporations
Responsible for assisting in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with lawyers, bank fund managers and other members of the restructuring community
Establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Responsible for banking relations, insurance, and contract management
Responsible for overall financial performance and management of companies under the holding company.
Lead, manage and oversee the entire operations of the holding company’s acquisitions, including oversight of day-to-day administration
As part of the holding company management to establish, develop and implement the operating strate
Experience
Minimum of 15 years progressive growth in financial management position, including experience in an organization with revenues of at least $100 million and annual growth of 25% or more.
Must have working knowledge of all controllership functions for internal controls, internal reporting, audit process, budgeting, cash management and payroll (Treasury/Tax/Audit) systems.
Must have extensive experience in cash flow management, cost accounting, analysis and financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting. Monitor daily and monthly expenses and make sure expenditures are in line with budgeted numbers.
Must have demonstrated experience strong sense of translating financials to implementing operational controls.
Knowledge of automated financial/accounting reporting systems
Must have excellent reporting and presentation skills with demonstrated experience executing financing transactions, including bank credit facilities and securitization facilities.
Must be a sophisticated financial executive who is decisive, hands-on, has a sense of urgency, is results-oriented, and possesses effective communication skills to successfully work in an entrepreneurial environment. Must have a strong profit orientation with ability to analyze, organize, motivate and meet deadlines.
