Responsibilities
Own and manage client relationships: Utilizing LearnVest’s proprietary platform, Planners work directly with clients via phone and email to provide custom financial plans and personalized advice
Evolve the product: Planners work directly with our Product Team to define the content and user experience of our product suite, which is breaking new ground in the digitalization of financial planning
Lead outreach efforts: As a LearnVest brand ambassador, you will engage audiences in person and via webinars, live Twitter chats and video chat
Experience
2+ years experience in providing financial plans and advice directly to clients
Skills
Enthusiasm for LearnVest’s mission: Optimistic, upbeat approach to making best-in-class financial advice accessible to a wide range of clients across the country
Entrepreneurial drive: Ability to thrive in an agile work environment, and to identify new business opportunities and execute against them quickly
Client management skills: Demonstrated strength in communication, both written and verbal - can easily relate to the needs and questions of LearnVest’s primary demographic (women, aged 20-40)
Independence: Ability to drive personal productivity while working remotely, and to seek creative solutions to client needs and technical troubleshooting
Education
• CFP® Designation: Applicants without the designation will not be considered
Compensation
LearnVest’s planning services are fee-only. All CFPs will be salaried (non-commission) and the level of compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s specific experience.
