Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Firmware Manager to join our team, leading customer qualification processes. Expertise in successfully customer qualifications as well as handling their specific needs is a must.
Experience
Experience with storage related firmware products, including technologies relating to SAS, SCSI, RAID
Manage firmware development for sustaining products.
Support all phases of customer qualifications.
Deliver EFD Firmware changes to meet customer specific requirements.
Manager Firmware centric FA on Field returns and scheduling of maintenance releases.
Develop software tools to support products in the field.
8-10 years total, including managerial experience.
Skills
Management, C++ Firmware development, OEM Customer Experience

Advanced Degree preferred
