Responsibilities
We are looking for top-notch Abode Flash Developer. Must be able to manage and produce high quality products and think outside the box to fit in and create cool application. You will be responsible for the initial design, implementation, and testing.

High productivity, methodical and autonomous work, creativity, good communication skills, and excellent programming style.
Excellent skills of F4V/FLV file format, Flash Media Live Encoder.
Excellent skills of ActionScript 3.0, FLEX.
Excellent skills of Flash plug-in for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari
Basic understanding of video streaming technology
Education
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science
Compensation
Compensation will be in the form of salary + stock options.
