Overview
The primary tools utilized for these positions is the telephone and
computer. This individual will reflect the Company's attitude and
resolve toward the ultimate level of service to the customer
Responsibilities
Represents the Company to the internal and external customer via telephone or PC communication.
Develops and maintains a closed loop communication system in support the customer, utilizing the assistance of all internal and external support groups.
Ensures the satisfactory completion of all communicated transactions.
Provides information on standard product, pricing and availability.
Keeps informed on all product updates.
Consults with Manager and Associates on problem solving.
Adheres to departmental procedures and work instructions providing feedback in an effort to keep systems up to date.
Manages workload to meet requirements of position
Executes all projects as delegated by the Manager.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
